BLACK DRESS WITH FLOWER

Two hundred miles away at the very tip of Cornwall fifteen year old Teann Trenery entered the ancient Druidic stone circle of Boscawen Un. The golden sunlight that enveloped the sacred enclosure had warmed her slender frame and shone through her long blonde hair that hung in a tangled mass down her back. Her cracked and dirty trainers hung limply from her hands as her bare feet luxuriated in the warmth and texture of the soft grass. The peaceful atmosphere that always seemed to exist within the circle of granite stones helped to push her considerable worries into the back of her mind and for the first time today she began to relax.
Teann ambled over to the sacred Moon stone and prepared to enter the dream state that her grandmother Ebrel had taught her a few years ago. Sitting down amongst the wild flowers that carpeted the circular enclosure she closed her eyes and entered the dream state that her grandmother had taught her a few years ago. Far below she could easily sense the surging geomagnetic Dragon current as it coiled deep beneath the ancient monument.

Probably the ubiquitous Cabbage White but this one has a single spot on its wings whereas many photos of Cabbage Whites show two spots. I think there are Large and Small Cabbage White Butterflies but I wouldn't know one from the other. Anyone have any idea? This is another butterfly enjoying the late summer flowers of our Hebe Salicifolia.
